Donaldsonville City Council recognizes Elray Kocke Services' 100th anniversary

The Donaldsonville City Council and Mayor honored local company Elray Kocke Services Tuesday night.

The Donaldsonville business has been serving the area for 100 years.

Located at 511 Mississippi Street, the business is known for its lumber, concrete, painting, and various building products.

Mayor Leroy Sullivan read a proclamation and presented a plaque to employees of the company Tuesday, April 12.

Saturday, April 16, an all-day celebration was held.
