Governor John Bel Edwards Releases Proclamation for Resilient Louisiana

Governor John Bel Edwards released Friday, September 11 that Louisiana will move forward into Phase 3. In his press conference, Edwards reviewed the updated orders from his JBE 117 Proclamation for Phase 3 of Resilient Louisiana.
