Hard Freeze Alert - City Hall Closure

Due to inclement weather, City Hall will be closed Monday, February 15 due to hazardous driving conditions. We are also closed in observance of the Mardi Gras Holiday. We will reopen for normal business hours on Wednesday. For after hours needs or alerts, please call 225.806.8215. Please check in on your elderly and disabled neighbors. According to local weather reports, it's a 3P event; protect your Pets, Pipes, and Plants! Exposed pipes that are exposed to low temperatures, wintry mix (ice & water), may freeze during the next few days. It is recommended that you do what you can to wrap and protect exposed pipes. If you decide to run your water during the freezing temperatures, remember to adjust to a drip versus fully running your faucets.
