9. INTRODUCTIONS
ORDINANCE 2019-16
That the Code of Ordinances, City of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, is hereby amended by amending
the ordinance adopted October 22, 2019, styled, “The Comprehensive Zoning Law”, and all amendments
subsequent thereto including but not limited to Ordinance 2005-28 specifically Section III thereof; to re-
designate and rezone a certain piece or parcel of land bearing the municipal address of 3060 Hwy 1
South, Donaldsonville, Louisiana but more particularly described as:
A certain piece or parcel of real estate, batture lot in Section 39, T11S, R14E, southeastern land
district, situated in Parish of Ascension, State of Louisiana, along Bayou Lafourche, on the
Donaldsonville-Napoleonville Highway, being all of the batture, front of the property of Simon Falcon,
now or formerly, being thirty-two compasses in width with a depth to the water edge of Bayou
Lafourche, or a depth of about 18 compasses
