Ascension Adds Sandbag Locations in Donaldsonville and West Bank

Ascension Parish DPW West has announced additional sandbag locations on the Westbank:
WEST BANK LOCATIONS:
• DPW-West Barn, 750 Church St, Donaldsonville
• A-Bend Park
• Lemannville Park
• St. Jude Subdivision
• Brusly McCall Fire Station (La 1)
• Modest Park
DPW - WEST, 2171 D THIBAUT DR.
Senior Citizens and Disabled Citizens with Ascension Parish proof of residency ONLY
• Saturday August 28 from 10 am to 4 pm
• Limited to 30 sandbags per trip.
• Bags will be loaded into their vehicles
Residents are asked to keep all sandbags through the duration of hurricane season.
