Donaldsonville Area Foundation Partners with City of Donaldsonville Donaldsonville FIRST Program

The Donaldsonville Area Foundation, in partnership with the City of Donaldsonville is searching for a contractor to coordinate the Donaldsonville FIRST Program. The program will be housed at the Lemann Center and is a new service where multiple community services will be available. The City of Donaldsonville Community & Economic Development Department was awarded the grant that created the program and has been working closely with the foundation to have these programs up and running soon. In the community hub, non profit organizations will offer a number of needed community programs including counseling, mentoring, tutoring, art programs, small business classes, incubation, recreational health activities for seniors and much more.
