Assistance that may be available to you through the Restore Louisiana Homeowner Assistance Program, a federal recovery program that provides grant funding to qualified homeowners affected by Hurricane Laura, Delta, Ida and the May 2021 Severe Storms.

  • Home repairs or reconstruction
  • MHU repair or replacement
  • Reimbursement for home repairs already completed

The first step toward receiving program assistance is to complete a brief survey, and we encourage you to get started today.

The survey can be completed on any smart phone, computer or tablet at restore.la.gov, or by calling the program call center at 866.735.2001 between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
 
Please have your FEMA Registration Number on hand to complete the survey. If you have already completed the survey, there is no need to take it again.

After you complete the initial survey, the program will review your responses and invite you to begin a full application if you meet the phasing requirements. For information on eligibility and the program’s phasing criteria, visit https://www.restore.la.gov/phases
