PUBLIC NOTICE - The City of Donaldsonville has released a notice for Sale of Surplus Supply. Please see the attached form for more information.

The City of Donaldsonville offers for sale to the highest bidder, payable in cashier's check or money order, the attached items. The items may be viewed at the City Public Works Building, 610 B Thibaut Drive from 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Thursday. Bids will be opened at the Donaldsonville City Council Meeting at City Hall, 609 Railroad Avenue, Donaldsonville, Louisiana on Tuesday, March 22, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. 

All bids must be submitted on the mandatory bid form which is available at the Donaldsonville City Hall at 609 Railroad A venue, Donaldsonville, Louisiana and must be in a sealed envelope, marked "Sealed Bid on Surplus Property" and delivered to 609 Railroad Avenue, Donaldsonville, Louisiana or mailed to the City of Donaldsonville, P.O. Box 470, Donaldsonville, Louisiana 70346 in time for bid opening. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids.
