Pothole Road Damage Report

Potholes and road damage requests are reported to the State or the City (depending on the owner) for repair. Requests may take several days as the number of requests and the schedule for repair may take time. Please mark the address or address intersection nearest the road damage.

Please list addresses of nearest structure or intersection of streets as clearly as possible so the contractor can identify the road damage.
